Launching the new FLEX-TEG
After years of development, the new and improved thermoelectric generation (TEG) component has been launched.
The new TEGmat FLEX-TEGs are bendable, leading to better reliability and higher performance compared to the existing commercial ones.
Production is highly compatible with the electronic industry, making scaling up straightforward.
“We are happy to launch the TEGmat TEG and cement the company’s position in the markets for low-gradient thermal energy such as power supply for IoT devices, buildings and wearable medical devices,” says Hao Yin, CEO of TEGmat.

TEGnology at ECT’22 in Barcelona
We will participate in the European Conference on Thermoelectrics (ECT’22) in Barcelona on 13-16 September.
ECT is an annual conference for thermoelectric researchers and industry players to meet and share knowledge. At the conference, participants exchange ideas and get access to the latest research and newest trends in the field.

Pre-selected for Deep Tech Alliance program
TEGmat, a subsidiary company of TEGnology, has been pre-selected as one of the first three participants for Deep Tech Alliance’s Industry 4.0 program.
The program is a platform for developing business opportunities and building strategic partnerships between corporate-ready startups and international corporates.
“We are honored to have been pre-selected for the program. And we are excited to meet and work with people who can contribute with new perspectives on our field and our technology,” says TEGmat CEO Hao Yin.

TEGmat selected for the Nordic Cleantech Open
TEGmat was selected as one of the 25 best and most innovative seed-stage cleantech start-ups in the Nordic and Baltic regions and chosen for the Nordic Cleantech Open.
The Nordic Cleantech Open is a competition with the goal of putting innovations that can reduce environmental impact in the spotlight to support and accelerate development and growth.
We look forward to meeting other companies, industry partners and investors in Southern Sweden on 20-21 September.

TEGnology is going to TechBBQ in Copenhagen on 14-15 September for a day of networking, learning and idea sharing.
You are welcome to stop by the maritime startup area and hear about how we contribute to the digital transition in the industrial and maritime worlds.

A fun summer party
The TEGnology team and our families (10 adults, three kids and one dog) gathered in the late summer for our annual summer party. We had a fun evening with great food, a good ambiance and live music. Thank you to our colleague Hilde Seglem for hosting us.
